Horse riding and picnic in Vergato

For this experience you will have a choice of 2 options:

Bath at the river and picnic

Leaving from the stables, you will take a horseback ride of about 1 hour through the hills and forests of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

You will then stop at an'area where you can bathe at the river together with the horses and have a picnic of Emilian products such as cold cuts and tigelle.

You will then get back on horseback to return to the stables and say goodbye to your horses.

Cave visit and picnic

You will leave from the riding stables and ride through the woods in the area, walking on horseback for about 1 hour, until you arrive at Soprasasso Caves, which you can visit with the group for free. 

You can then have a picnic, based on typical Emilian products such as cold cuts and tigelle, in a dedicated area. Once the picnic is over, you will climb into the saddle to ride back toward the stables, with a horseback ride of about 1 hour.
