Farm-based cheese-making workshop with tasting and lunch near Milan

In Zibido San Giacomo, you’ll take part in a cheese-making workshop on the farm, including a visit to the dairy cows and the estate’s historic villa, followed by a tasting and lunch.

You’ll visit the cows and the manor house, which dates back to the late 15th century, and then make some of the farm’s traditional cheeses.

At lunch, you’ll taste the cheese you made and other aged cheeses from the farm. The meal also includes saffron risotto and a glass of local wine. Arrival is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and the activities end at 2:00 p.m.
