

Visit and cheese tasting in the Langhe in Bossolasco
Discover how cheese is made, from the barn to the table with this workshop that includes a tasting of local products.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the barn to learn about the animals, their routines, and learn about farm life.
You will then continue inside the dairy to discover the actual production of cheeses, such as the transformation of raw milk into Robiola, a typical Langhe specialty.
The experience will conclude with a tasting that includes:
- Welcome appetizer, seasoned yogurt and salted butter
- Round of 8 fresh and aged goat and sheep cheeses, with honey and jams
- Sweet with ice cream and sheep yogurt
- Bread and croutons
- Water
You will then be free to spend as much time as you like inside the farm.
In case of bad weather the experience will be held anyway.
