Guided tour and wine tasting in the historic 17th-century winery located under the town square of Grotte di Castro.
Program
In the winery, the winemaking process is explained and the method by which, starting with a single grape variety, the winery produces seven different wines, each with its own characteristics. The tasting is held entirely in the winery, where the producer guides participants in understanding the processing techniques and the differences between the various labels.
A platter of local cured meats and cheeses can be added upon request.
Two tasting options will be available to personalize the experience.
