Canyoning in the Valnerina takes place within a gorge characterized by narrow, deep sections, natural waterfalls, water slides and rock walls shaped by erosion. Accompanied by experienced guides, one travels along the stream using rope progression and rappelling techniques to overcome the various natural obstacles along the way.
Among the special features of the trail is "Lu Casco dell'Acqua," a waterfall of about 30 meters that is one of the most characteristic points of the descent. The canyon then continues in a more open environment, alternating further rappels, natural slides and passages immersed in the nature of the Valnerina.
The activity is suitable for those who wish to practice canyoning in a varied and dynamic natural setting, always under the supervision of qualified guides.
