Canyoning at Fosso di Roccaranieri takes place in the Salto Valley, a few kilometers from Rieti, inside a natural gorge shaped by water over time. Accompanied by qualified guides, you follow an itinerary that alternates between stretches between rock walls, waterfalls and environments characterized by particularly lush vegetation.
Along the route it is possible to observe the particular rock conformations created by erosion and cross some of the most characteristic corners of the gorge.
This is a suitable experience for those who wish to practice canyoning in a well-preserved natural setting, combining sporting activity, contact with the environment and learning basic gorge progression techniques.
