Beekeeper for a day in Valtellina in Chiuro
Have a unique experience at The Bee Garden, a natural oasis where bees live in harmony.
The beekeeper will take you on a journey through the lives of these amazing insects.
During the experience you will learn some details about bees and be shown how a beehive works and the beekeeper's business
You will also be explained the secrets of beekeeping and the benefits of hive products: honey, propolis, royal jelly, pollen. You will also be able to taste the honey!
Weather and bee conditions permitting, you will have the opportunity to pet a bee at the large wooden watering trough, an experience that especially captivates young children.
A perfect opportunity to overcome fears and discover that bees can become our best allies in nature.

Important information
Experience suitable for everyone, families with children included. Free participation for children up to age 3.
Recommended experience in April, May, June, September and October. In summer, it is possible but, given the high temperatures in the bee house, not recommended.
Hive opening and interaction with bees depend on weather conditions.
