Guided tour of the Torre a Cona Estate, winery and Vinsantaia, with wine tasting accompanied by locally produced cheeses and olive oil.
You will begin the tour by discovering the history of the estate through the museum and the historical archive, to understand the link between the family and the territory.
Continue to the aging cellars and Vinsantaia, where you will delve into the stages of winemaking and aging and how terroir influences the personality of the wines.
You will conclude with a guided tasting of your choice of three options:
- 4 wines
- 5 wines
- 5 wines in a private version
The wines, which include several estate labels through to Vin Santo, are accompanied by locally produced Pecorino and extra virgin olive oil for a pairing that enhances the authentic flavors of Tuscany.
