Horseback riding along the Macari coast at sunset

Enjoy a sunset horseback ride along the coast of Macari, among trails surrounded by nature, and spectacular views of the sea of northwestern Sicily accompanied by experienced equestrian guide.

After meeting at the meeting point in Macari, scheduled 15 minutes before the selected time, you will get to know the horses and be assigned the one most suitable for you. Before departure, your guide will provide you with the basics of horseback riding and all the directions you need to enjoy the experience with total peace of mind, even if it’s your first time riding.

Once in the saddle, you will begin the ride through the Sicilian countryside, following scenic trails and traversing small forests surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. You will ride between Monte Cofano and the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo.

The horseback ride will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes, while the overall experience will last about 1 hour and a half in total, with final return to the starting point.
