Visit and wine tasting at Cantine Lunae with snack
The visit and tasting at Cantine Lunae with snack is a pleasant experience in Ligurian vineyards with wine tasting and local products. The snack will take place in the beautiful setting of the organically cultivated vineyard, amidst long rows of vines immersed in the Colli di Luni.
The tasting will include:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil "D'ORO," obtained from a very limited selection of Olives
- Fragrant bread from the area's historic bakeries and Taggiasca olives
- Focacce made by the village bakeries
- Vermentino Colli di Luni D.O.C. or Colli di Luni Rosso D.O.C.
The tasting will be accompanied by two cutting boards, one of cured meats and one of cheeses.
The Km 0 charcuterie board will include:
- "Smoked pork shoulder" from Salumificio Giannarelli.
- "Salame Nostrale" from La Bottega di Adò
- "Lardo di Colonnata I.G.P." from Salumificio Giannarelli
- "Fiocco" from La Bottega di Adò
- Accompanied with artisanal vegetable preserves
The Km 0 Cheese board will include:
- "Bagiolo" from Cooperativa Casearia Val di Vara.
- "Pecorino Toscano D.O.P." by Famiglia Busti
- "Pecorino affinato a Cenere" by Azienda Agricola Il Gradile
- "Stagionato di Fossa" by Cooperativa Casearia Val di Vara
- Accompanied with jams from the workshop
