2-hour group tour around Novara di Sicilia, with aperitif.
You pass through a section of the historic center and continue to the River under the Badia Vecchia Bridge. Along the way you reach the Ficarella fountain, also known as "the Water of the Lovers."
Continue for about 2 km to the scenic path that leads to the neviera, where ice was once collected. Immediately afterwards you meet the Rocca guard and arrive at the foot of Rocca Salvatesta, known as "The Matterhorn of Sicily," with views of Mount Etna and the panorama from the Tindari Sanctuary to Capo Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands.
The return is via the Ritagli di Lecca and through the woods to the provincial road that connects to Novara, with arrival at the Restaurant-Pizzeria "Il Castello" where you will be served an aperitif. The latter includes an alcoholic beverage of your choice (such as spritz or wine) and a non-alcoholic drink for minors. Cold cuts, cheeses and various bruschettas will also be served.
