A boating experience in Taranto, designed for those who want to enjoy the sea in a flexible way—combining excursions, relaxation, swimming stops, views of the city, and, upon request, sport fishing using various techniques.
The activity is available as a half-day or full-day trip; the full-day option is recommended to fully enjoy the itinerary, with a maximum of 12 people, including the skipper. The outing can be customized according to your preferences, choosing between just recreation, just fishing, or a combination of both, with the option to practice bottom fishing, vertical jigging, spinning, trolling, and other techniques.
During the trip, you’ll cover approximately 30 miles round-trip, exploring the Cheradi Islands, the San Vito cliffs, and various areas ideal for swimming, both in shallow and deep water. The tour may also include the navigable canal, the swing bridge, the Mar Piccolo, the old town, the castle, the Greek columns, the Three Sirens, the San Cataldo Ring, the waterfront, and other iconic landmarks of Taranto.
The cost includes insurance coverage; however, fuel is not included and must be paid in cash (CASH) directly on site.
Estimated fuel cost:
- Half-day tour (approximately 3 hours of sailing, including the outbound, sightseeing, and return trips): €250 total for 1 to 3 people (not per person); there is a supplement of €50 per person for each additional participant.
- Full-day tour: €350 total for 1 to 3 people (not per person); there is a €50 surcharge per person for each additional participant.
