Parmigiano Reggiano tasting with a tour of the cheese factory

The Parmigiano Reggiano tasting with visit is a tour that lasts about an hour and consists of a short theoretical introduction followed by a visit to the dairy with illustrated all the stages of Parmigiano Reggiano processing, up to the maturing warehouse.

At the end of the visit you will participate in a tasting of typical products.

With tasting of various ripenings of Parmigiano Reggiano, ricotta, Crema di Parmigiano Reggiano choice, balsamic vinegar, jams and/or mostarde, accompanied by water and Lambrusco wine.
