Cooking class to learn how to make custard in a beautiful location in the center of Milan.
It starts with an explanation of basic pastry techniques, then it will be time to get to work following the guidance of the experienced Chef and his advice.
It will be possible to prepare custard with 2 evolutions: Sicilian custard and savory custard.
Finally it will be time for dinner with dishes based on what was cooked during the course, from savory to sweet. Everything will be accompanied by the excellent matching wine.
