Snowshoe hike on Mount Terminillo with a guide and mulled wine from Pian de' Valli

You’ll set out from Pian de’ Valli for a guided snowshoe hike on Mount Terminillo. You’ll hike through snow-covered forests and past scenic viewpoints, with a stop to enjoy some freshly made mulled wine.

After a brief introduction, you’ll put on your snowshoes and follow the guide along a trail of about 6 km. You’ll cross snow-covered expanses and listen to the guide’s explanations about the mountains you’ll see along the way.

After about an hour and a half, you’ll stop in a clearing for mulled wine, then continue on the trail back to the starting point. The experience lasts about 3 hours, including about an hour and a half to two hours of actual walking.
