Dinner at a chalet in Sauze d'Oulx in Val di Susa, near the Piedmontese border between France and Italy, featuring local products and traditional dishes.
The dinner will consist of three courses, including water, a quart of wine and coffee:
- Appetizer: Chopping board of mixed cold cuts and cheeses km 0 from the valley with honey and jam.
- Polente trio: Polenta concia; Polenta sausage; Polenta wild boar.
- House dessert.
The chalet is conveniently accessible by car and has parking.
No transportation by snowmobile or similar is included; the chalet will have to be reached independently.
