Lunch at a mountain hut on the Alpe di Teglio in the Valentino Meadow

The Baita Chalet del Sole è the perfect place to sample the flavors of Valtellina cuisine. Located in the Parco Valentino ski resort, it refers to the town of Teglio, a town known as the home of pizzoccheri.

In a recently renovated environment with a cozy atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the good things in life with friends or family. This è just the goal of the Baita Chalet del Sole.

The menuù consists of dishes that will introduce you to the typical dishes of Valtellina's gastronomic culture:

• Bresaola della Valtellina with sciatt on a bed of cicorino.
• Pizzoccheri dell'Accademia del Pizzocchero di Teglio.
• Assay of cheeses with homegrown compotes.
• Buckwheat cake with blueberry jam.

Water, coffeeè and a quart of house wine are also included in the price. Other drinks are excluded.

Children can choose from their a la carte menù menu once at the facility, paying directly on site.
