Enjoy lunch at Tenuta Ambrosini, in the heart of Franciacorta, and discover the flavors of Brescian cuisine in a setting perfect for a day out with your partner, friends, or family. You can choose from three options: the classic menu, the regional menu, and the vegetarian menu.

Lunch begins with a welcome glass of Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG, followed by a selection of appetizers. With the classic menu, you’ll sample traditional Brescian cured meats, savory pies, Formagella di Malga cheese with homemade jams, zucchini frittata, polenta with pancetta, and sweet-and-sour vegetables. You’ll continue with Franciacorta risotto and a Brescian mixed-meat skewer cooked over charcoal, accompanied by Brescian polenta or baked potatoes.

If you choose the regional menu, after the appetizers you can enjoy homemade Brescian ravioli and the traditional Manzo all’Olio, served with polenta or baked potatoes. If, on the other hand, you prefer a vegetarian option, you’ll find a selection of meat-free appetizers, Franciacorta risotto, and an eggplant cutlet with a side dish. All menus include dessert, water, and coffee, while a special children’s menu is available featuring an appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, and water.

After lunch, you can also stop by the estate’s wine shop, where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase wines produced on-site and take home a souvenir of Franciacorta.
