The experience will begin with guests meeting at the winery, where dedicated staff will welcome you.

After a brief introduction to the history of the family and a presentation of the winery, a tasting of the local production of Rosso DOC di San Gimignano will begin, accompanied by a rich dish consisting of Cinta Senese cured meats, crostino with lard, and a selection of aged Tuscan pecorino cheeses.

Next you will be served pasta with Cinta Senese ragù and, in closing, dark chocolate paired with San Gimignano Rosso DOC Sottobosco.
