Horse Riding at Lake Bolsena
The horseback ride along the shores of Lake Bolsena among the Etruscan tombs can last cira 1h30min or 2 hours, your choice.
The 1h30 ride is suitable for beginners, and includes an introductory lesson (of about 30min) so you can best enjoy the experience in the woods until you arrive at the ruins of the Old Country.
The 2h horseback ride, on the other hand, is for those who already have experience, you get to the shores of the Lake.
Recommended attire for a horseback ride is long pants (to prevent leg irritation and small wounds given by twigs that can scratch in the woods) and sports shoes so you don't risk getting hurt getting on and off the horse.
The facility will provide you with all the equipment you need to ride a horse, including a helmet.
For this horseback riding experience, long pants and closed shoes are mandatory.
