From the Valley of the Temples, among centuries-old olive trees and hills rich in archaeology, you'll climb to the medieval heart of the city, pedaling in total comfort and admiring breathtaking views of the valley and the Mediterranean. Along the way you will visit iconic sites such as the Temple of Concordia, the Cathedral of San Gerlando, the Monastery of Santo Spirito, the Church of Santa Maria dei Greci and the Rabato, the ancient Arab quarter. You will cross paths among olive trees, almond trees and ancient quarries, discovering history and traditions at each stop thanks to the expert guide.
The experience ends with a gastronomic stop at Casa Diodoros, where you can taste Slow Food products grown directly in the Valley of the Temples, discovering the secret recipes of the nuns.
