Dinner among the barrels in the cellar

A dinner in a wine cellar, among wooden barrels and scents of wine, to experience an original encounter with the flavors of the Piedmont region.

The protagonists will be refined morsels inspired by the shape of sushi, but made with authentic Piedmontese ingredients, carefully selected and surprisingly paired.

The tasting itinerary will include:

• Bites made with Piedmontese meat and rice, enriched with traditional pairings such as robiola and herbs, porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola, roasted peppers and anchovies, black truffle, Castelmagno and honey, hazelnut granola and other combinations from the territory.
• Pink petals of rump of beef cooked at low temperature with tuna sauce and caper flowers.
• Tajarin of fresh pasta with truffles.
• Soft hazelnut cake with custard.

Locally produced olive oil and wines will accompany the entire evening.
