Dinner in the vineyard with wine tasting in Ariccia

The picnic in the vineyard at sunset with dinner and tasting is the ideal experience to spend a romantic evening immersed in nature, among scents, flavors and evocative atmospheres.

When you arrive, you will be able to admire the set-up of your picnic space, embellished with a rich buffet of homemade cold cuts and cheeses, as well as bruschetta prepared with the farm's products.

Accompanying it all is an unlimited tasting counter of the winery's best wines, perfect to start the evening in the most pleasant way.

Around 8 p.m. you will gather in the village square to continue with dinner and a guided tasting of the winery's most representative wines.

The menu features ravioli stuffed with cacio e pepe sautéed with guanciale amatriciano, suckling pig with cooked must and baked potatoes, and to finish a tart with ricotta and sour cherries.

Each course will be accompanied by a matching wine, chosen to best enhance the flavors.
