Refuge lunch in Valleve in Val Brembana (Copy)

The recently reopened Scoiattolo Refuge is located in the San Simone ski resort in the municipality of Valleve, in the upper Brembana Valley. The facility is easily accessible by car and has parking facilities.

At the refuge it will be possible to have lunch or dinner choosing from two menus.

Menu 1:

• Appetizer of your choice a la carte (example: venison bresaola with herb ricotta; cold cuts and cheeses).
• First course of your choice a la carte (example: tagliatelle with blueberry and zola cream; garganelli with venison ragout).

Menu 2:

• First course of your choice a la carte (example: tagliatelle with blueberry and zola cream; garganelli with venison ragout).
• Second course a la carte choice (example: pentolaccia of polenta and porcini mushrooms; veal goulash).

A homemade dessert can be added to each menu from those available locally. Drinks, however, are excluded from the menu and can be chosen and paid for at the facility.
