Dinner in a mountain hut in Selva di Val Gardena

Dinner at Baita Pra Valentini, just outside the town of Selva di Val Gardena, in the province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige. 

The chalet's cuisine offers traditional South Tyrolean dishes, prepared with carefully selected local ingredients, served in an intimate and quaint setting.

There are two menus from which you can choose, none includes drinks, which will be paid for on the spot.

First menu

• Antipasto: Beef rump steak topped with egg yolk, dried anchovies and homemade pan brioche.
• First course: Risotto Acquerelli alla Verza, green apple and speck
• Dessert: Heiße Liebe (vanilla ice cream with warm raspberries).

Second menu

• Antipasto: Focaccia with lard, confit tomatoes and burrata
• Second course: Pork knuckle in “Monpier de Gherdeina” beer sauce, home-made, with roasted potatoes and cooked sauerkraut.
• Dessert: Tiramisù
